The following terms & conditions apply to all orders for kitchen fitting supplies including but not limited to rigid carcasses, flat-pack units (unassembled or pre-assembled), appliances, worktops, doors, wirework and associated kitchen fitting goods & services.
Wilson’s Trade will deliver the order to the address you provide for delivery at the time of order.
The goods will be delivered within five working days. If this is not be possible we will endeavour to keep you informed and to secure the earliest possible delivery date.
The Customer must ensure suitable access to the delivery address on the delivery date.
Wilson’s Trade cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect expenses caused due to late delivery. Wilson’s Trade will always do everything within their power to keep to a delivery date, but there may be reasons outside of their control that cause delays.
Late delivery does not constitute a reason to cancel the contract or refuse payment.
Wilson’s Trade remains the legal owner of the goods until delivered and signed for, at which time you, the customer, take responsibility for the goods.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, you may be liable for Re-Delivery Charges.
You must inspects the goods upon delivery.
Wilson’s Trade is not liable for missing or damaged goods unless notified at time of delivery.
Wilson’s Trade liability to you in connection with any items purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
Wilson’s Trade shall not be liable to you, the customer, in contract, common law or otherwise for any of the losses or damages, arising out of, or in connection with, the supply, non-supply or delay in supplying the goods or otherwise in connection with the Contract.
Wilson’s Trade will not be liable for any loss or delays arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Wilson’s Trade will provide all notification in writing via e-mail to the address supplied by you, the customer.

Contracts for the purchase of goods will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
